Job Description
- In collaboration with relevant Program & Centre incharge of APC, take the responsibility of logistic/inventory to formalize, evaluate and update APC Nepal’s inventory database.
- Conduct monthly logistic verification, record and make an update by visiting in all Centers, children home and provide report to accountant and management.
- Keep proper tracks of all material and equipments undertaken within the project, centers and children homes.
- Assist the finance head for generating financial Reports, Record keeping in both manually and in software of accounting system.
- Store management and handle as storekeeper.
- handle store and stock book and conduct physical verification timely.-
- maintain the record of office equipment in the inventory register, and to ensure all assets and office resources are maintained in good condition.
- Preparation of report on basis of information shared during morning meeting for all programs monthly to the executive Director.)
- Database update of SP children and correspondence with sponsors.

Job Specification
Under supervision of the Finance Head and Executive Director program/center coordinators and Home in Charges, this position assists the Accountant. She/he also performs overall logistic management, Program wise logistic data collection, systematic recording & filing and distribution of material, equipment and provisions, stationeries as par required.
