Key responsibilities:
The Finance Officer will be responsible for the overall financial management of Hariyo Ban direct supervision of Team Leader – Hariyo Ban, s/he will liaise closely with Finance Department in Central Office and maintain CARE's financial operation in the field and also provide guidance and leadership to all Admin and Program staffs concerning the overall financial information management including budgeting and other financial related issues. The finance Officer ensures the compliance with donor and CARE’s rules and regulation and other relevance policies and procedures. S/he will also be guiding, coaching, monitoring the field staffs and partners; and increase their financial management efficiency and effectiveness. S/he will also liaise with partners in the program areas for the smooth function of the project.
Preferred Qualifications and Experience:
Bachelor’s degree in Management or a related field with minimum three years of practical experience in finance and accounts. USAID experience is desirable.
