Finance Officer (based in Kathmandu)
Key responsibilities:
The Finance Officer will be responsible for the overall financial management under the direct supervision of Finance Specialist SUAAHARA II. The incumbent is responsible for ensuring donor compliance together with CARE’s rules and regulation and other relevant policies and procedures. The incumbent will closely liaise with Accounting and Treasury Specialist as well as coordinate all financial/accounting aspects with him/her. Further the main responsibility of this position is to track and get all monthly financial report from partner on timely manner also perform regular monitoring visit with the partner organization.
Preferred Qualifications and Experience:
CA/ACCA semi qualified or Bachelor’s degree in Management, Accounts, Business Studies or a related field with 3 years of relevant working experience. Prior experience managing USAID funds is desirable.
