Job Description

Assisting in the preparation of budgets
Managing records and receipts and entries in ERP.
Reconciling daily, monthly and yearly transactions including purchases.
Assist in preparing balance sheets
Dealer Accounting and reconciliations
Vendor Accounting and Reconciliations.
Coordinate with other departments on financial and accounting matters.
Timely TDS and VAT Return File and Reconciliations.
Assist in statutory and tax audits.
Supporting the Finance Manager and CFO with assignments when required

Job Specification

Able to multitask in a fast paced work environment
Strong Problem solving skills
Demonstrate attention to detail
Strong verbal and written communication skills
Proficient computer skills (Microsoft Office applications experience-MS Excel/Word)
Working experience in SAP ERP is an added advantage
Minimum 1 years’ experience in Account & Finance (Trading field is preferred)
BBA/BBS or equivalent.
