Job Description

 

  • Assisting in the preparation of budgets
  • Managing records and receipts and entries in ERP.
  • Reconciling daily, monthly and yearly transactions including purchases.
  • Assist in preparing balance sheets
  • Dealer Accounting and reconciliations
  • Vendor Accounting and Reconciliations.
  • Coordinate with other departments on financial and accounting matters.
  • Timely TDS and VAT Return File and Reconciliations.
  • Assist in statutory and tax audits.
  • Supporting the Finance Manager and CFO with assignments when required

Job Specification

  • Able to multitask in a fast paced work environment
  • Strong Problem solving skills
  • Demonstrate attention to detail
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills
  • Proficient computer skills (Microsoft Office applications experience-MS Excel/Word)
  • Working experience in SAP ERP is an added advantage
  • Minimum 1 years’ experience in Account & Finance (Trading field is preferred)
  • BBA/BBS or equivalent.
