Job Description

Key responsibilities:

Preparation of financial statements, reports and presentations
Collaborate in budgeting, forecasting and financial planning processes
Conduct financial analysis to identify trends, opportunities and areas for improvement
Monitor and maintain internal controls to ensure regulatory compliance and prevent financial irregularities.
Manage cash flow and optimize working capital.
Supervise finance department staff and provide guidance and support.
Assist with internal and external audits and address audit findings
Provide financial insights to support strategic decision-making
Collaborative with various departments and stakeholders to communicate financial information effectively

Job Specification

Qualifications:

Relevant professional certification (ACCA / CA)
7-8 years of experience in finance or accounting roles with demonstrated progression in responsibility
Strong knowledge of financial principle, regulations and accounting standards
Proficiency in financial software and Microsoft office suite
Excellent analytical skills and attention to details
Strong communication and interpersonal skills
Ability to work effectively in a team and collaborate with cross-functional departments
