Finance Director
Duty Station: Nepal CRS Company, Head Office, Tokha- Kathmandu
Roles and Responsibilities: Responsible for managing all financial & accounting processes to ensure financial discipline, effectiveness of accounts operations, matters pertaining to taxation and audit as well as organization compliance with legal and statutory provisions for overall business. This is a senior management position that reports to the Managing Director and is primarily responsible for managing all financial resources and plays a pivotal role in managing and strengthening overall financial well- being of the organization.
Minimum Qualification: MBA in Finance or an equivalent Degree.
Preferred/Additional Qualification: CA/CFA/CWA.
Minimum Experience: 10 years of experience in the field of financial management with at least 5 years' experience of leading the Finance/Accounts Department of a domestic/international organization or I/NGO.

The Nepal Contraceptive Retail Sales (CRS) Project was established in July 1976. Its status was formally acknowledged by the Ministry of Finance in 1978. Financial support was provided by USAID through Westinghouse Electric Inc, USA.
The social marketing of Dhaal, Nepal’s first male contraceptive, was inaugurated by
Princess Prekshya in May 1978. These condoms were sold through 55 outlets in Kathmandu and generated significant sales from the outset. The project introduced Nepal’s first condom vending machine in Kathmandu in 1980.
