The position will be based in Kathmandu and the job holder will require maintaining the financial records of ZSL Nepal office. The post holder will achieve this objective by keeping accurate financial records of the project and ensuring all activities are within project budget. The post holder will work closely with the Trans-boundary Tiger Project Manager and field based finance staffs to ensure effective budget management by compiling weekly fmancial reports to the Finance Officer.
Qualifications:
Bachelors' degree or above in Management, Finance, or a similar field is required with prior working experience in fmance department preferably in I/NGOs for at least two years. The post holder should have sound knowledge on Book Keeping, Reconciliation of Bank and other receivables and payables, Tax and VAT. Candidate should have excellent written and spoken English. Willing to travel to field as necessary and show compassion and respect to wildlife.
