Key responsibilities:
The Finance Assistant - Grants and Budgets will be responsible for New Fund code/ Project ID (PID) set up, filing and documentation of entire Fund Code files, support grants and budget officer on preparation of different reports. S/he will also be responsible for generating monthly Inception to Date (ITD) and Year to Date (YTD) report.
Preferred Qualifications and Experience:
Intermediate degree in Management or a related field with minimum 2 years of experience in finance/grants management function in a development organization. Communicating and influencing, attention to detail, objectivity, positive attitude and integrity are required. Effective communication skills with the ability to engage reasonable confident and accurate manner in English (written and speaking) is required.
