Purpose:
To lead the Finance, Admin and HR programme team in planning, managing, accounting and reporting in compliance with national, organizational and donor policies and procedures.
Requirements:
ï‚· Chartered Accountant with minimum 2 years hands on experience.
ï‚· Prior experience of managing HR and admin functions desirable.
ï‚· Ability to communicate effectively, foster team work, lead, plan, innovate and solve problems,
ï‚· Proficient in computerised accounting systems

Positions are either field based or involves extensive travel to villages / rural areas where living conditions are minimal.
