Finance & Administration Manager, Hamro Samman Program, Nepal
Effective with the release of this position announcement, Winrock International is recruiting applicants for the position of Finance & Administration Manager for a USAID-funded Hamro Samman program to counter trafficking in persons (TIP) in Nepal. The program will seek to strengthen the national and local government efforts to combat TIP, improve CSO advocacy, and increase private sector partnerships to assist survivors and those at-risk of human trafficking. The responsibilities, duties, and qualifications are described in the attached position description. Position is contingent upon receipt of donor funding.

Position Description
POSITION TITLE: Finance & Administration Manager (F&A), Hamro Samman program
LOCATION: Kathmandu, Nepal
DEPARTMENT: Civil Society & Education
REPORTS TO: Chief of Party, Nepal CTIP
POSITION SUMMARY:
The Finance & Administration Manager (F&A) will be responsible overseeing all financial accounting and general office services. The position is contingent upon receipt of donor funding.
ESSENTIAL RESPONSIBILITIES:
The F&A Manager will be responsible for maintaining Winrock’s financial integrity, preparing all financial reports efficiently and in accordance with generally accepted accounting principles (GAAP), Nepali regulations, Winrock policies and procedures, and donor requirements throughout the life of the project.
