Job Term: 26 August to 24 September 2019 with possible extension for maximum one month
Qualifications:
Bachelor’s degree in Finance/Accounting or equivalent subject
At least one year of experience in similar kind of work
Sound knowledge on Ms-Word and Excel.
Excellent command of English in both writing and speaking
Main duties:
Ensure proper recording of financial transaction including bills, vouchers with supporting documents.
Manage and monitor partner NGOs for the Emergency Flood Recovery project budget to ensure the expenditure is in line with agreed project plans and budget.
Ensure that project expenditure is undertaken in line with finance policies, procedures; tax deductions and that resources are optimally utilised.
Support logistic availability and make necessary arrangement.
Assist and participate in the Audit of the Emergency Response Flood Program.
