Context:
IOM Nepal in coordination with National Tuberculosis (TB) Center (NTC) has been implementing the TB REACH project to cater the TB services for aspiring migrants who are screened for TB from private pre-departure health assessment centres. IOM Nepal is seeking three qualified female candidates preferably working in migration sector or returnee female migrants to provide support to the project to conduct field activities. Individual candidates selected for these field work will be responsible to conduct symptomatic screening among aspiring migrants with abnormal chest x-ray results, coordinate with messenger for sputum collection. They will also be responsible to carry out TB screening among their female migrant communities and link with TB care and prevention as per need Objectives: The overall objective of this assignment is to support in conducting field activities of the TB REACH project.

Provide assistance to IOM team to carry out day to day field activities of the project: to conduct symptoms screening, to keep record and coordinate with the messengers for sputum collection. Additionally, support in conducting periodic TB screening among female migrants network in coordination with project team. Specific tasks are as described below.
