Bachelors Degree in Rural Development, Gender and Child, Social Science or Public Health with 4 years experience or Masters degree of 2 years of professional working experience in program management, participatory planning, implementation and monitoring and evaluation
Good understanding of social contemporary issues based on rights based approach
Good analytical skill to interpret local socio-cultural issues
Excellent coordination skills with multiple stakeholders, organizational skills and conducting multiple tasks
Ability to support local organizations and work with multi-disciplinary team
Demonstrated leadership, facilitation and training skills
Excellent command of oral and written English and Nepali, Maithali

Organization Summary
The Centre for Agro-Ecology and Development (CAED) is a non-profit, non-religious, non-partisan and non-governmental human rights-based organization founded in 1992 by a group of Nepali and foreign development professionals who joined hands to initiate community development work in the Chepang area of Chitwan district. The intent was to respond to the growing agricultural and ecological crisis and ameliorate its impact on these underserved people. Through the course of time the local communities with whom CAED worked, shaped its development.
