Key responsibilities:
The Field Officer will be responsible for coordination, planning, implementation and monitoring of program activities in the field. She will coordinate with the School Management Committees, youth Clubs, community based organizations local community facilitators, other stakeholders to accomplish project activities. She will also be responsible for program effort to generate new concepts and ideas for enhancing program effectiveness in terms of education and reproductive health.
Preferred Qualifications and Experience:
Bachelor’s degree in Education with a minimum of three years of experience in a related field. Experience in working with schools, youth groups and sexual and reproductive health would be an added value. This position is especially reserved for female candidates.
