Major Responsibility:
The key objective of this role is community mobilisation, conducting community surveys and other activities to the project site and as per project activities, s/he should actively support in field monitoring, trainings, workshops, data collection and entry, reporting, community level coordination and other necessary community mobilisation works based on projects needs.
Qualifications:
Applicant should ideally have at least Bachelor's Degree in Social Science, Humanities or related subjects and previous working experience of at least three years in similar position. S/he should be computer literate, possessing organisational skills, able to multi-tasking, keep tracks of priorities, willing to work in pressure and difficult working environment. The position is field based and successful applicant must be willing to spend all or most of his/her time in the field. Local candidates are encouraged to apply.
