· Should plan Fiber Network in various locations
· Should be able to work with Fiber Team
· Reports directly to HOD of Optical Fiber department
· Need to develop Expansion, Installation and Support strategy
· Should develop Resource plans and execute
· Should be able to motivate team and lead
· Should be able to visit field and generate survey report for Expansion purposes
· Must be +2 graduate, Bachelor Graduate preferred
· Must have 5years plus experience of filed in ISP industry
· Must be able to motivate and handle Fiber team
· Must have excellent communication skill
· Must have good understanding of structured fiber network
