QUALIFICATIONS AND EXPERIENCE:
University degree in Agricultural Science, preferably in agronomy or horticulture,
At least 3 years work experience, particularly in the field of participatory approaches, FFSmethodology development, facilitation and implementation.
Good communication skills, both oral and written in English and Nepali
Good reporting skills in both program and financial reporting.
Ability to handle multiple tasks simultaneously in a fast-paced environment, set prioritiesand meet deadlines
Ability to manage critical relationships with diplomacy and tactful to engage a wide rangeof stakeholders including the, institutional partners, government officials, and peerorganizations
Ability to create and encourage a climate of team-working and collaboration in a multicultural environment,
Previous working experience with NGOs with community focus programmes will beconsidered an advantage
Willingness and ability to travel independently and live in marginal living condition
Computer proficiency in Windows environment (Microsoft Word, Excel, Access,PowerPoint)
