Job Description

  • Ensure optimum and efficient production management.
  • Ensure efficient inventory management.
  • Ensure the quality of raw materials and packaging materials during receipt and storage
  • Ensure the highest product quality
  • Manage the operations of administration, HR, Procurement, Finance and other relevant functions at the factory and coordinate with head office as required Ensure compliance with all applicable legal requirements related to factory operations
  • Maintain safety and security of the factory, assets and employees with necessary proactive measures in place
  • Ensure proper liaison with the Internal Revenue Department, Labor Office, District Administration/CDO and other government offices as required to support business
  • Maintain relation with Security Companies and government security agencies for Company's safety and security

Qualification and Experience:

  • Bachelor's Degree in management. science or engineering with minimum 10 years of relevant experience or Master's Degree with 8 years of relevant experience
