1.      Factory Manager :

Job Description

  • Handle overall factory operations
  • Analysis of  factory overhead
  • Technical costing
  • Scrap management
  • Implement effective Industrial Relation.
  • Handle factory administrative affairs
  • Material handling of factory
  • Effective logistic and effective supply chain management
  • Able to design effective tools for cost and overhead minimization
  • Able to manage other subsidiaries within the company

Essential Requirements :

  • At least 5 years experience in Factory Operation
  • Prior Experience in Steel industry will be huge advantage
  • Should have at least MBA/MA/BE  will be added advantage
  • Should have good interpersonal communication skills fluent in both Nepali and English
  • Should be aware of different sales and marketing practices
  • Should have good presentation and analytical skills
  • Must be a good team player
  • Having valid driving license will be preferred
  • Should have basic knowledge of computer application ( Word/Excel/PowerPoint)
