Job Responsibilities
• Prepare detail annual activities and programs of factory site.
• Implement effective Industrial Relation.
• Perform personnel management functions such as attendance, motivation, training, disciplinary action and maintain personal records.
• Plan annual production target and schedule production.
• Monitor vehicle movement and their maintenance.
• Function as government liaison officer.
• Submit all periodic reports like VAT, TAX, purchase, production as per government requirement.
• Manage local procurement system.
• Plan and execute payments of expenses as per approved budget.
• Analyze productivity and efficiency of all employees and workers at factory site.
• Assist external auditor.
• Manage stock of raw materials and dispatch of finished goods.
Qualification & Experiences
Bachelors Degree in Business Management with 5 years of relevant experience in large-scale industries is required. MBA Prefer
