1. Planning Production activities
2. Assessing Project and resource requirement
3. Planning and organizing production Schedules
4. Estimating, negotiating and agreeing budget with Suppliers, clients & Managers
5. Estimating, Negotiating and agreeing Budget with Suppliers, Clients & Managers
6. Ensuring that health & Safety regulations are met
7. Determining and Following up Quality control standards
8. Overseeing and ensuring production processes
9. Ensuring Strict Discipline and Administration in Factory
10. Selecting, Ordering & Purchasing Materials
11. Organizing Scheduled repair and maintenance of production equipment’s
12. Supervise work of Junior Staff
13. Make a daily report for the plant and manage external environment of
