Position Is In charge of hotel's assets, operating equipments and supplies specifically to Food & Beverage Department
Candidate will report to the F&B Director and Executive Chef
Knowledge of statutory requirements regarding health and safety, sanitation, proper chemical usage, fire procedures, pest control and HACCP
In conjunction with the Executive Chef and F&B Director, check all back of house F&B areas and ensure their cleanliness and functionality of linen/equipment/operating & cleaning supplies
In charge of breakage controls, waste management and inventory
Assign work for efficient use of equipment as per events and operations
Ability to establish and maintain an effective working with relationship with management, staff and guests
