Pre calling for upcoming EMI
Follow-up for the overdue clients.
Work as per the action plan directed by the supervisor.
Daily & timely Reporting to the direct supervisor
Conducting each of your functions with the utmost respect, regardless of other's dispositions.
Coordinate with other team members as per required.
Provide daily reports to the supervisor regarding his/her daily works.
Addressing client's uncertainties, grievances, and suggestions on time.
Settlement of unclaimed deposits.

Strong interpersonal and communication skills
An analytical mindset with problem-solving skills.
Must have computer skills (Microsoft Office applications experience-MS Excel/Word)
Proficient in nepali typing
