Collect product orders from PGM and certified service point.
Collect payments form PGM and certified service point.
Arrange and delivery parts to PGM and certified service point within the stipulated time frame.
Monitoring the movements of all warranty parts submitted to suppliers.
Coordinate with PGM and certified service point.
Gather customer or product information to determine customer needs.
Provide service technicians with parts as required.
Performs other tasks as required by Parts Manager.
Daily travel to assigned number of retailers across any defined region.
Liaise with Technical Services Dept. on all warranty claim parts, visit customers to investigate and assess parts quality issues and complaints

At least a year of working experience in Spare Parts field or Automotive Industry would be added advantage.
Candidates with working experience as Automotive Technician an added advantage
Computer literate with proficiency in MS office applications: MS word / MS excel
