Job Description

 

 

 

FUNCTION

  • To serve as the Manager of HPN.
  • To ensure full functioning HPN for scaling up program impact and strengthening operating system.
  • Maintain high standards of accountability and integrity towards all stakeholders (project participants, partners and collaborators, donors and staff etc.)

REQUIREMENTS

Minimum Requirements:

  • Bachelor’s level University Degree or equivalent, plus three to five years of experience.
  • Other job-related education and/or experience may be substituted for all or part of these requirements.

Preferred Requirements:

  • Masters in social sciences/management or equivalent and prior experience in developmental sector.
