Loan file processing and management
Collect required documents as per CPG ( Credit Policy Guideline)
Follow Recovery Procedure and collect EMI of Customers.
Follow up default client and visit home if required.
Prepare Site Visit Report
Proper team and dealer coordination for loan and recovery process
Regular follow to the client for loan settlement or making loan regular.
Must maintain Code of Conduct Regarding Financial Transactions with customers and dealers
