Assist in the proper execution of the recruitment process - preparing vacancy announcements, checking application forms, short listing, coordinating and scheduling interviews /written examination, assisting in the interviews.
Handle the prerequisites of recruitment and orientation of new employees in the company.
Facilitate proper communication and coordination with various departments within the company in responding to ad hoc queries from the company staffs.
Monitor and maintain database related to leaves, attendance and recruitment.
Assist in the proper administering and preparing of various HR reports.
Ensure proper maintenance and updating of employee files, records and database
Qualification:
Master Degree in Management from a reputed university.
1-2 years of experience in Human Resources will be given preference
