Minimum Bachelor Degree in commerce or Public Administration or Law with 4-5 years working experience in HR & Administration Department as a Executive-HR & Administration in any reputed 3-4 star hotel. The incumbent should have thorough knowledge in Manpower planning, selection & appointment procedure, wage administration, leave & attendance system. He/She should have sound knowledge in Labour Act, Labour Rules and Social security rules and regulations. Knowledge of Liaison work in government offices and public enterprises will be an added qualification.
