Job Description

3-4 years of prior Management experience in a 4/5 star hotel within Housekeeping Dept
-
Flexible with schedule and a dynamic & hands-on operational leader
-
Leader must be able to train the staff and lead to establish standards within the department
-
Must have sound knowledge of laundry operations and inventory management
-
Problem solver with the ability to be pragmatic and lead a team of over 25 personnel
-
Must possess a keen eye to detail and ensure the Department conforms to established standards for cleanliness in rooms and public areas
-
This is not a 9am-5pm role with weekends off and requires presence as per activity in the hotel and operations
-
Prior opening experience of new property is an asset
