• 3-4 years of prior Supervisor/Management experience in a 4/5 star hotel
• Flexible with schedule and hands-on operational leader
• Must have sound knowledge of laundry operations and inventory management
• Problem solver with the ability to be pragmatic and lead a team of over 20 personnel
• Attentive to detail and be able to train the team first hand
• Must be confident and be able to interact with guests to
address concerns, issues and solve problems accordingly
• Must have working knowledge of computer i.e. e-mails, excel, word, cost calculations and ability to read and analyze sales/cost reports
