Job Description
The ideal candidate should have the following attributes–
• Must possess a degree in Hospitality and Tourism Management
• The applicant must have minimum 5 years hands on experience in a star hotel of repute
• Strong Management Skills, guest services, team development and training skills
• Knowledge and experience in manpower planning, budgeting and overall housekeeping operations
• Must have superior customer service, conflict resolution and oral communication skills
• Ability to communicate tactfully with Department Heads and any other employees
• Strong Leadership, organizational, analytical, interpersonal communication and decision making skills, including ability to provide outstanding customer satisfaction, maintain positive employee relations and effectively train team members
• Knowledge of safety procedures and ability to work in a fast paced work environment
• Computer literate in Microsoft Window applications
