S.W. Nepal Pvt. Ltd. (Scott Wilson Nepal) is a development organisation that draw on national expertise to provide professional services specializing in independent third party programme monitoring and evaluation, impact reviews, implementation of community infrastructures working in several areas of the country, including remote and disadvantaged regions.
SW Nepal is looking for an Executive Director. This is a long term senior position based in Kathmandu Office of S.W. Nepal Pvt. Ltd. (Scott Wilson Nepal) /Deego Pvt. Ltd at Maharajgunj, Kathmandu.
Education and experience required:

Masters Degree in any of development and/or management field with at least 10 years of management experience, some at senior level, in relevant field, preferably in Development Consultancy

Proven track record of effectively leading and regionally and/or nationally scaling a performance- and outcomes-based organization and staff; ability to point to specific examples of having developed and operationalized strategies that have taken an organization to the next stage of growth

Exposure to wider developmental thinking and broader knowledge of developmental practices and,

Ability to engage and support policy debate on development sector

We expect the candidate to have excellent communication skills in English and Nepali language and be an innovative, energetic, dynamic and team player.
