Bachelor Degree in Hotel Management or Diploma in Hotel Management with 6-7 years working experience as a Executive Chef in any reputed star hotels.
The incumbent should have sound knowledge of all kitchen operations. He/She should have strong ability to determine raw materials and ordered inventory accordingly. Can maintain high level of customer service under high stress without compromising food quality, suggest in menu design and gather information to determine food cost.
