Soaltee Hotel Limited is a listed Company pioneering in hospitality. We are hiring Executive Chef who will be responsible towards strengthening the positioning of our Flight Catering Division "The Soaltee Gate Gourmet" in national & International Inflight Catering and Culinary services.
Position: Executive Chef
Requirements:
Age: Below 45 years
Education: Bachelor's Degree in hotel management or Diploma holder in culinary arts
Experience: Minimum 8 to 10 years work experience in Food & Beverage production in a reputed Five Star hotel. Experience having flight catering knowledge in abroad will be given priority.
Knowledge/Abilities: Flight Services Kitchen Executive Chef will be responsible for the creation and maintenance of high standards of culinary artistry in, quality of products and effective cost control are to be achieved through professional administrative skills, selection, training, supervision and development of staff at Flight Kitchen.
