Job Description
The ideal candidate should have the following attributes–
• Degree or Diploma in Hotel Management.
• Minimum 5 years of hands on experience as Exe. Sous Chef or in a similar role in a star hotel of repute
• Dynamic and highly motivated self starter, with a can do attitude and out of the box thinker
• Sound knowledge in all the functional areas of kitchen operations, particularly costing, quality control, menu planning, budgeting, manpower planning and staff training
• Fusion and Multi cuisine cooking skills would be an added advantage
• Strong leadership qualities with the ability to work cohesively with fellow colleagues as a part of a team
• Computer literate in Microsoft Window applications
