Email Management
1. Develop appropriate folder system in MS Outlook
2. Only Pending and Follow-Up emails to be shown in Inbox
3. All relevant emails to be printed and shown to MD for replies
4. Conduct all necessary follow-ups to get reply back within stipulated deadline by the MD.
5. Relevant emails to be filed accordingly
Phone Management
1. Perform Phone Synchronisation to MS Outlook every morning to update new contacts, meetings, tasks, etc.
2. Update Phone software if and only if required.
3. Update any business card and categories.
Other
1. Plane Tickets and Miles Management
2. Corresponding with relevant organisation like FNCCI, CNI, etc. both in English and Nepali
3. Nepali Typing is a must
4. Any other tasks given by MDs from time to time.
