ROLE & RESPONSIBILITIES
Providing training for basic English for the trainees to help them to improve their speaking and writing
Sharing theoretical and practical knowledge on writing resume and cover letter
Preparing trainee confident enough so that they can appear in the job interview
Conducting various group discussion to improve the English speaking
Responsible for maintaining discipline and decorum in class
Ensuring trainees are interested in learning by making class more interesting
Helping trainees on preparing the resume, cover letter etc
Keep record of all the important documents of the office so that they will be readily available when required
Translating documents from Nepali to English as per requirement
Qualification and Requirement:
Bachelor in English, or Business Administration and or Mass Communication from recognized university; Master shall be given priority.
Good communication in English – written, spoken and comprehension
Pleasant personality & good interpersonal abilities with sound concepts of English Grammar
Excellent student handling and counseling skills
Result oriented person, should be committed to student performance & welfare
Should be extremely committed and sincere towards role
Prior teaching experience as English Training institutes would add advantage

Organization Summary
The Spinal Center, as it has come to be known (also ”Spinal Kendra”), is formally the Spinal Injury Rehabilitation Center (SIRC). The Center was inaugurated in April of 2002 by the late Sir Edmund Hillary, at Jorpati in Kathmandu city. It shifted to its current custom-built facility at Saanga village, Kavre District, in November 2008.
Over nearly a decade of work, the Spinal Center has developed a range of facilities to support the spinally injured of Nepal, who tend to come from the most marginalised bracket of society.
