Main Responsibility Areas:

Operation and maintenance, optimization and development of billing system, payment gateway, other mobile financial services and underlined integrated platforms.
-
Business Support System’s products, tariffs, delivery of campaigns and provide technical support comprising of services, solutions and platforms considering risk and impacts, ensuring quality of service.
-
Ensure the quality of real time rating and billing for both Prepaid/Postpaid subscriptions with agreed level of revenue assurance for all voice and non-voice services. This implies both fixed and mobility subscriptions.

Operation and maintenance of postpaid bill invoicing ensuring the quality of bills to expand the B2B business in the market.

Monitoring of system KPIs for all the Billing System nodes and identify/plan/implement corrective measures in close consultation with the respective vendors.

Develop standard technical frameworks and solutions. Participate, develop and implement strategies, architecture and processes.

Maintain and follow-up KPIs, meet SLAs defined for inter/intra departments.

Actively participate in assigned projects and ensure its timely delivery with quality.

Timely reporting to managers.

Identify/analyze, audit/reconcile items on time and ensure to close gaps in terms of security, products, systems and revenue for further enhancement of the systems.

Patches, upgrade and health checkups /expansions (capacity planning) analysis by self or by coordinating with vendors, partners (plan/execute/support).

Maintain positive relationship with inter/intra department/unit and partners/vendors and think from customer’s perspective and influence/help other team members to resolve the issue.

Maintain process of documentation for any activities done.

Your Qualification and Experience:
-
Bachelor’s in Engineering
-
2 years of experience in telecom or software development.
-
Experience of running large and complex technology projects.
-
Your profile:
-
Excellent experience in the products and underline services management area within billing and charging.
-
Excellent IT and network knowledge.
-
Excellent knowledge of billing processes/standards.
-
Excellent understanding of Telecom processes/protocols/standards.
-
Knowledge on UNIX-based OS or Windows Server platforms with an emphasis on how applications are deployed.
-
Expertise and experienced in PL/SQL Development, debugging, tuning and optimization. Oracle JDBC, Oracle Supplied packages and tools like PL/SQL Developer, SQL Developer, J Developer.

Programming skills – JAVA, C,C++, PHP.

Excellent knowledge of warehouse architecture - concepts and experience with high level data processing in advance.

Excellent knowledge of relevant industry standards.
