Location : Country Office, Kathmandu with regular travel
Reporting Line : Country Director
Job Term : up to 31 August 2018 

Job Grade : National Grade 7

Job Purpose:

As a key member of the CMT and acting in a senior capacity, the Emergency & Operations Coordinator will:

1. Assist the CD in continually monitoring and analysing the external environment to identify and manage any potential impact on the delivery of the country programme
2. Manage government and partner relations to ensure smooth and effective programme implementation.
3. Ensure donor and partner contract requirements are adhered to
4. Act as the Security Focal Point and ensure Concern's security policies are upheld by all staff
5. Lead the development and management of the Joint Emergency Preparedness Plan and Recovery programming
