Fresh graduates (Master's Degree) who aspire to become leaders in the field of education, (any segment of K-16) educational institutions shall be rotated in developmental or problem solving roles at different schools over a period of two years with the intent of assigning them in the role of vice principal/program managers/assistant directors in one of AEV affiliates. The first cohort of ELT's shall be mentored directly by the President of the AEV.
