Job Description

Dynamic Sales Officer-          1 nos

Job Specification:

  • Must have completed Bachelor's degree with Marketing as a specialization.
  • Should have 2 years of experience in related field
  • Should be smart and can handle the marketing related job independently
  • Should have good communication skill with convincing power
  • Should have good Public Relation (PR) in the real estate business market
  • Commercially driven person with ability to meet high sales targets

Job Description:

  • Support in monitoring Customer Relationship and reporting daily findings
  • Support in making direct sales calls to corporate and consumer clients to promote and sale products
  • Preparing necessary promotional tools and making presentation as necessary
  • Identify potential customers in the sale zone and develop a business development plan to reach them.
  • Assist the sales team in developing a business plan covering sales, revenue, and expense controls, meeting agreed targets, and promoting the organization.
  • Follow up payment status of existing clients and provide necessary feedback to Sales and Recovery for timely collection of receivables
