1. Ensure vehicle allocated is kept in good condition at all times.
2. Perform daily and weekly check and report of any losses, damage or need for repair promptly to FAC or Administrative Officer.
3. Carry out repair/maintenance of vehicle when required.
4. Maintain logbooks and vehicle movement register and get the signature of user.
5. Comply with the local traffic rules and regulations.
6. Ensure security of vehicles when parked outside official compound.
7. Maintain personal/official vehicle form. For personal duty, ensure the user get prior approval or not.
8. Overtime logsheet to be maintained on a daily basis.
9. Keep the record of maintenance/servicing of vehicles and prepare monthly report
10. While traveling outside valley, luggage/goods to be packed properly.
11. Employees should be picked up and dropped off at the destination with luggage.
12. Perform any other duties as may be required by Procurement and Administrative Officer from time to time.
Should possess valid driving license (Four wheeler/Two wheeler)
Should have knowledge about local traffic rules and regulations
Should have working knowledge of vehicle repair and maintenance
