CRS is an international NGO based in the United States that works in over 100 countries to promote human development by responding to major emergencies, fighting disease and poverty, and nurturing peaceful and just societies. CRS Nepal implements earthquake recovery and resilience programming in Gorkha and Okhaldhunga districts to provide technical support for reconstruction of earthquake resilient houses, livelihood recovery and WASH. The Housing Recovery and Reconstruction Platform (HRRP) is led by CRS Nepal, and other financial contributors and INGOs.
CRS Nepal is planning to implement 5 years CRS Farmer-to-Farmer (F2F) project that will provide technical assistance from United States (U.S) volunteers to farmers, farmer groups (cooperatives and associations), agribusinesses and other agriculture sector institutions in the countries of Nepal, Benin, Ethiopia, Rwanda, Uganda and East Timor.
CRS Nepal invites applications from interested Nepalese citizens for the following position for F2F project:
Driver: (1 Position-Based in Kathmandu): School Leaving Certificate (SLC) pass, any vocational or technical course would be added advantage. Minimum of 3 years work experience. Knowledge of minor vehicle maintenance and repair. Excellent knowledge of road traffic regulations, road network and road safety best practices. Prior experience with I/NGO would be added advantages.
