Possible is a nonprofit healthcare company that delivers high-quality, low-cost healthcare in remote areas of Nepal. Since 2008, our team ha
s treated over 250,000 patients in Achham District through government hospitals, clinics, community health workers, and a referral network. In light of the tragic earthquakes that struck Nepal in April and May 2015, Possible has launched a rebuilding initiative and plans to expand to Dolakha District to demonstrate how our healthcare delivery approach can be transformative in a district where over 40% of the population lacks access to healthcare services.
We are seeking a gritty and entrepreneurial Dolakha District Director to lead these efforts starting ASAP. The ideal candidate will be both detailed-oriented and impatient to get stuff done. The work in post-earthquake Dolakha is pressing and time-sensitive, yet such pressure can also lead to error and waste. The Dolakha Director must be extremely fast-thinking and efficient.
