In close coordination with SPC, Program Director (only when need), Executive Chairperson (only when need), the DC takes lead role and works in close coordination with the Project Coordinators, Program Officers and other staffs in achieving the goal and objectives of WOREC. S/he is mainly responsible for organizational development and management, program development, implementation and quality management, documentation, stakeholder communications and coordination with local stakeholders. S/he oversees the district program in integrated approach including health service, planning, implementation, monitoring and tracking all specific and short-term projects that have specified deliverables.
Term of References:
The District Coordinators will oversee implementation of program activities at the district level. They will manage program systems and procedures; provide financial oversight of district bank account support technical implementation and activities when needed. They will be responsible to liaison with government counterparts and other stakeholders to foster good working relationships at the district level. They work closely with the Head office to assure technical and operational management and quality control.
