Minimum Bachelor Degree in any discipline with 4-5 years working experience in Sales & Marketing department as a Director / Manager in any reputed star hotel. The incumbent should have strong negotiation skill, ability to conduct presentation and speak in large group. He/She should have analytical skill to be able to review market trend & conduct periodic SWOT.
