The University Grants Commission (UGC) of Nepal has been implementing Higher Education Reform Project(HERP 2015-2020). The UGC is seeking to appoint competent, committed and self motivated individuals for the following positions. Applicant should submit the application form along with attested copies of certificates, transcripts, Nepali citizenship, proof of employment and experience, recent CV and other related testimonials. The applicant must submit evidence of equivalence of the degree if it is earned from a university other than Nepalese university.

*Experience of academic administration/ reform and development project / research in the area of educational management reform.

The University Grants Commission (UGC) was established after the implementation of multiuniversity concept in Nepal.The UGC Act was approved by the Parliament on BS 2050 Mangsir 7, and it came into functioning during BS 2051. UGC is responsible for allocation and disbursement of grants to the universities and their campuses, regulating their activities and formulating policies and programs on establishment of new universities.
