Job Requirements:
Required competencies:

Masters degree in management or equivalent
Minimum 2 years of managerial experience in spare parts management
Preference will be given to candidates with experience in inventory, store, warehouse management
Knowledge of inventory management computer applications
Excellent team management skills

Major responsibiities:

Develop and forecast spares parts and lube
Analyze ordering process
Maintain inventory control and proper stock levels based on vehicle population.
Timely review of over stock and non-moving parts to maintain inventory level of workshops.
Monitor and conduct daily perpetual physical verification
Timely reconciliation of purchase, received and transfer document.
Proper supervision and monitoring of subordinates and put effort for development and recommend for training if necessary
Motivate and encourage teamwork within the workforce
