Key Responsibilities
·Lead the development and implementation of plans and programs to meet the goals and priorities of the department.
·Facilitate the definition of project missions, goals, tasks, and resource requirements; resolve or assist in the resolution of conflicts within and between projects or functional areas; develop methods to monitor project or area progress; and provide corrective supervision if necessary.
·Continuously improve project management toolkits and methodologies. Provide expertise and consulting to team members in the process of project management and in the softer skills of team dynamics, team building and group motivation.
·Accomplishes human resource objectives by recruiting, selecting, orienting, training, assigning, scheduling, coaching, counseling, and disciplining employees; communicating job expectations; planning, monitoring, appraising, and reviewing job contributions.
General Requirements
·Bachelor Degree in Computer Science or a related discipline. Master Degree Preferable.
·5+ years of experience in relevant field along with strong interest in Business Intelligence, Software implementation and Process Management.
·Proven experience in leading concurrent projects and task by managing a team of technical staffs.
·Excellent interpersonal, communication & presentation skill and proven ability to carry on a business conversation at all levels.
·Excellent organizational, time and project management skills.
·Strong Leadership, Decision Making and Problem Solving skill.
·Self-development skills to keep-up-to-date with fast-changing trends.
·Willingness to travel outside country as per need.
·International exposure/experience will be an added advantage.
Preferred Technical Skills
·Experience and understanding of data warehouse design and implementation.
·Understanding of dimensional modeling concepts and best practices.
·Experience analyzing & managing complex data.
·Experience using Project Management Tool.
·Good understanding of database technologies, specifically Oracle.
·Experience developing dashboards and reports.
·Experience interacting with senior management both in a technical and functional role.
·Prior experience with a Business Intelligence reporting tool.
