Practical Action Consulting (PAC) is a dynamic development consulting arm of Practical Action with over 40 years of international experience in development consulting. PAC takes the lessons learned from the work of Practical Action and pushes them out across a much broader geographic region in pursuit of scale and influence.
Funded by the World Bank Group (WBG) and technically supported by infoDev, PAC is providing services to PACT, to establish Nepal’s first Agribusiness Innovation Centre (ABIC). ABIC will incubate SMEs and private sectors to improve the agribusiness sector of Nepal by providing market linkages, finance, technology, business services and networks. Hence, it seeks to hire a 'Deputy CEO'.
Minimum qualification of Master’s degree in Business Administration/Management/Agribusiness/Entrepreneurship along with ten years of work experience in entrepreneurship, organisation development and management, agribusiness, value chain and SME development, preferably both in Nepal and internationally is required.
